I am writing to talk about MCI Worldcom and their cruel actions of double dipping.
I had been a customer until January to their wireless service. I was rarely getting bills or anything. Everytime I would call to get a bill they said they were having problems and that I would be sent out a bill. Finally, six months later I get a bill, but as I read it I was hit with a lot of penalities all based on not getting a bill. Well, this made me very angry and what I did was call them to fix it. Well, after a lot of time and hard work and being respectful to MCI Worldcom, I thought I had fixed the problem, even had been told that it was solved.
That was a year and a half ago, now I am getting a new letter now from a credit agency saying that I owe money to them. Sadly, I do not agree with most saying that if you work something through they will be helpful, I have wasted time and money trying to solve issues with MCI Worldcom. All I can say is if I did business like they did I would be out of work. I can only wish them the same kind of treatment they give their past and present customers.
If anyone knows about things going on with them I would love to know. I feel they are nothing but cons out for more money.
