Failure to respond

I submitted an application to SolutionsPlus 2000 and included a copy of my credit report on 4-7-10 and I have not heard anything from them regarding my application. I have sent two e-mails inquiring about my application and have not heard anything as of this date, 4-23-10. The e-mail sent from SolutionsPlus2000 directed me to obtain my scores by going to www.checkyourscores.info, which I had already done earlier. I re-submitted the score by fax, but have received no response

I feel this is a ripoff just to get you to enroll in Identity Guard, the supplyer of the credit score information.
