I ordered some R/C helicopter parts from KR's Hobbies in Dec., 12-7,12-13 and Jan. 6. I received one of these item on 4-09. All have been paid for. I have e-mailed them repeatedly requesting either my items be sent or my money refunded and have not been refunded for the unreceived items. I was told that sometimes it takes a long time to get parts in, but 4 mo. Is unreasonable.
They have several.com sites and 2 different addresses. I want my money back and don't want anyone eles to get ripped off by this incompetent company.
