Alltellprepay cell
Cell # stolen money gone debit # was stored in cell for replinishment I have their ph. # affraid to call!

My cell would not work. I went to Alltell. Someone used my name and changed my # over the phone. My number is gone and the prepay funds spent. I had my debit card number saved for replinishment. All they had to do is press one to charge up to two hundred dollars from my account. Thank goodness they did not. Now I have the new number that the thief changed my number to. I do not dare call it from my home phone because they have my address and name. I really am at a loss as to my next step. How do I stop this from happening to others? I will never store my debit card # again. Lol
