Poor quality

I agree completely with all the grievances. I also bought Ultrex Convection Oven also it captured burning. HSN offers TERRIBLE electrical goods. The one thing that still works may be the Pleasure M. My Little Machine. The Ultrex product-line is merely trash. I'll never purchase something that attaches in from HSN. Even better, they've completely dropped a longtime client. I actually donot actually view the funnel anymore and so I will not be persuaded. I'll seek advice from my lawyer buddy to determine how to begin a-class action suit against HSN. Their marketing claims these would be the "last" pans and pots you will actually need to purchase. Yes that is true is you die over the following couple of years. Real trash. Again, I believe it ought to be against HSN since Ultrex is most likely elsewhere selling cookware under another title.
