Adora dishwasher won't clean - poor service

Washed nicely for just two decades and abruptly began departing movie, oil, contaminants, you identify it. Tried anything in troublshooting to no avail. Actually improved soap etc. Nothing. Named on extensive service program. Service-man said filter was blocked with a KERNAL. Yes. Okay. Stated itis clientis responsibility to wash that out (although itis not within the guide of course if I ought to split anything getting it all aside, it'd be my obligation, right?). He'd to-order a component just-so the visit could be protected under my agreement (nice of him). Obviously, the issue endured and that I am today about the telephone together again. They reiterated the troubleshooting and questioned me to "try again" and call-back if it did not function in the place of arranging a trip. I requested to talk to the boss who evidently directed the support representative with all of this and that I've been awaiting half an hour today!!! TERRIBLE. Searching this equipment up online, it appears I Have been totally had by G.E. And it is "lemon".
