Lousy business practice

I purchased the DVD player on 9/19/09 and from the beginning the handheld remote control just worked when it had been significantly less than 1 base from the ball player. They properly delivered me an upgraded distant, but upon first utilize it worked similar to the first. I lived with that issue, as my period continues to be too busy to complete otherwise.

On 2/7/10 I went to insert a DVD into the player, but with the remote the player would shut on for 2 seconds, then shut off. I tried it personally t/e the distant, same outcome.

I unplugged it from store, connected to additional shops, same outcome. Unplugged it all night, attempted again, same outcome.

Named Customer Support nowadays plus they believed to deliver it back having a look for $20, because it was more than 90 days previous, and out-of guarantee!!! I told the repetition which was awful publicity, awful company training, he submitted me to administration to determine when they might dome a much better present, but I instantly got disconnected (314.657.2432) I named the amount back and after five minutes on-hold was directed to making a note. I hungup.
