Misprepresentation of cell phone service

We were contacted from the 2 males operating in the mobile phone kiosk to buy a Run mobile phone support. Our first issue was if this support labored in "Sheridan Montana" as my partners 2 children reside there and he's to possess support to talk to them-and vice verca. I had been emphatically reasured that there is certainly support in Sheridan Montana. USED TO DO NOT see the screen declaring that there is support in Sheridan Montana despite the fact that among the sellers later attempted to inform me I'd! My partner and that I bought 5 telephones in those days just later to discover after delivering 2 telephones to the kids in Sheridan Montana that there is SIMPLY NO support in Sheridan Montana.in this whole mess the salemen created NO work to contact us or assist people with this particular horendous clutter. Run was kind enough to provide us a credit without any fee cost about the two telephones nonetheless they won't let's from the agreement to return to the aged support (which did work-in Sheridan Montana) T-Mobile. I find it deplorable this type of issue occurs with no subject who you keep in touch with it is "move the dollar" period!!! Oh, Mike's Membership doesn't have option with this specific because they are independent of Mike's Membership and Run requires no responsibility aswell. I suppose I'm in the old-school... in my opinion what I'm informed and certainly will without doubt visit my grave thinking this. Please recommend regarding how to deal with this. Thanks.
