The worst customer service

I've never in myself experienced so disrespected i've had to call and drop to some cricket shop each month to pay my bill since i'm often overcharged each and every month so when i contact the 800-number i'm told to shut up and they've hung up and yelled at meme and not made my payment right they always develop a reason and when asked to consult with a they're just like bad or even more disresceptful along with it i never can talk to someone who will speak english hello they never record our calls or notes they say they're doing i've worked like a telemarketer before and would have been shot easily actually spoke to some client this way or handled a scenario how they do they're therefore unproffesional its pathedic i'm upset to express minimal they can't maintain getting away with this particular. The corporation may be the toughest all that comes from this company is just a high blood pressure please don't obtain cricket they're a fraud
