A package arrives not from the USA, but from from Hong Kong with wrong and far lesser value merchandise.in our case it was an old style Apple battery that was not what we ordered. The "Company", some guy named 'Stone', instructs you to send the battery back to Hong Kong at YOUR cost. No RMA number is given and no pre-arranged return mailer.

If you send you merchandse back, they deny receiving it. So they have the battery and the money.
