You can't trust something the corporation claims. This is a test of the lies they let you know:

Lay 1. A specialist is likely to be there between 8-12 (this occurred three times and he was never there actually by 3 PM)

Lay 2. A specialist is likely to be there between 4:30-7 (it was stated after which at 8 PM, after spending hours I had been informed the task have been terminated hours before which noone could be arriving)

Lay 3. The folks in the service-center (the 800-number) can't contact the specialist dispatcher (lots of people explained this, after which all of the unexpected on my tenth exasperated phone a brand new individual stated obviously they are able to contact the dispatcher, and did twice)

Lay 4. The specialist knows your device and certainly will repair it (it was false, he'd never done the manufacturer, also it was worse after he quit)

Lay 5. The phone call centre will concept the dispatcher and also the dispatcher will-call the client (this could just be an ineffective program if it worked. Alternatively, the dispatcher basically never calls the client. This occurred five occasions.)
