Bad bad service

I requested a settlement mobile phone on 10/31/09. They charged my paypal account for that product. They stated that the delivery info wasn't appropriate. They stated that my creditcardnumber was wrong. I ultimately terminated the purchase and attempted to put it with no "live agent help". The purchase experienced. I subsequently obtained a telephone stating that my card data was wrong.

Ritz Camera uses foriegn employees to answer their calls. They don't talk language nicely plus they WOn't obtain a boss about the telephone. Usually a reason. I'll never purchase another product out of this organization. Who knows if Ill actually obtain this telephone.
