They sent me used iPods while I ordered brand new ones

I have ordered 130 brand new Apple iPods from this company. After I wire transferred about $15k to their bank, they sent us used iPods instead of new ones. I've tried to contact them via emails and phone calls to resolve this issue, but they have NEVER replied. Since the prices are much different between new ones and used ones, I've lost over $3000 in this case. For their future potential customers, NEVER wire transfer to them before you SEE the goods.
