Total nightmare

Had an overall total headache organizing for my appliance to be shipped.organized a shipping day available but it was postponed by phone afterwards. I subsequently got each day off-work but no one turned up! I had been so frustrated when I would need to consider a later date off-work - considering they just provide between 8am and 6pm - and can't actually let you know when because period it wil be anticipate day or night!!
