My wife and i took a vacation to cozumel. We were on flight 6918 aeromexico. We arrived around 130 pm. We went to our room and unpacked. I put the blackcase and passports, money in the safe deposite box which in our room. We had no room service that day. The next day we were gonna take a tour and take pictures of the resort (aberostar) i went to the safe took out the bag and opened it. The camera was gone also the second memory card i took along. I asked my wife if she had it no was was the answer. The only thing was a charger i took also to charge the batteries. Our vacation was not good cause i have no pictures. I bought a instant camera but it got ruined when we went to develope it. I put my trust in the airline to take us there safely and not to go through our bags and take stuff. I dont have alot of money and my wife and i saved up to go on this trip to couzemel. All i want is for my camera to be replaced. Its not rite that your personell go through bags and take stuff. To add i talked with one gentleman and he said that its not aeromexico fault. I asked then you explain to me how a camera can disappear from my bag from the time i put it through check in till i get my bags??? All he said was iam sorry. But iam back to where is it?
