OnlyIncite Money drawn from account, goods never delivered

I ordered a battery pack about three weeks ago. The funds were drawnfrom my account immediately, and that's the last thing I've seen orheard from OnlyPhone Network. I have called a total of about twenty times inthe past week, and I've only gotten through three times now.
The firsttime, I was told to call back in half an hour because of systemproblems.
The second time, a customer service "specialist" was veryinattentive, and had me waiting in silence on the line for over fiveminutes. He promised the funds would be put back in my account withinthree days. That never happened.
Five days after, I spoke with a thirdcustomer service clerk. After calling about seven times, hanging upafter hearing it ring for about five minutes each time, someone FINALLYpicked up. He promised to take my business to the accounting departmentand to have my money returned to me in 24 hours. That was over 48 hours ago.
I realize it was only $35, but I'm a college student and I need to eat. I can't believe I've been treated this way by a company.
