Unauthorized charges to cell phone

Mobile phone support is by using at&t. I've fibromyalgia and there are occasions that I don't feel just like taking a look at expenses or other things... Very difficult for me personally to maintain with anything. I had been taking a look at my mobile phone bill and about the very last site and in the very base, there is a fee for $9.99 from Thumbplay. I began checking also it appears they have been getting me this quantity since 09/15/08. I NEVER approved something such as this and yes I've obtained texts from them before and exposed them. But, I never understood they might subsequently cost me to get a support I never approved and sometimes even realized I'd. Are you able to support??? I'd like my cash back. I'm really irritated with at&t for actually permitting this cost from the business that's considered to be a fraud!!! They've taken from me around $120.00. Please support.
