Fraud alert

On the exterior of the Magnavox VHS to DVD recorders there's no reference to requiring every other components to help make the device function or even to connet it. But the moment you start the flaps there's a fuzzy grey image of the "outside receiver" that must definitely be linked for that device to function. I contact magnavox plus they stated that comes seperatly or you need to have one. I mentioned I'm getting it back and also you have dropped another client for a lifetime.
