I purchased a Santha 2L table-top wet mill (http://www.santhausa.com/Santha2LTT.htm), also it was delivered in my experience from NC to Seattle. The plastic dome of the engine came damaged, but more to the point the sound level and quality of end in the areas weren't as much as requirements. It is noisier than other equivalent items that market atleast 100 USD significantly less than Santha and there have been plenty of scores and dents (device arrived loaded nicely, damaged dome ought to be due to the stress) - that will be in line with a refurnished item or insufficient care during construction. As a whole, I settled more to obtain a quality item but wound up obtaining a refurbhised item that will be noisier just like a vaccum cleaner.

Repetition who got my certified ceased answering my calls and emails. Voice mails aren't delivered.
