Northbay tells EVERYBODY the same thing... Oh we are too busy, there is only one person working, there is new owners. Do not belive anything they say. They are LIARS. They took my money for repair and my phone and 100s of others have been extorted, never getting phone back.
Do not send them your phone, do not send them money. They have had my phone since last Decemeber. Do an internet search you will find 100s of people that have been ripped off by them
