This company failed to do proper business by sending the unrepaired item back to me, let alone respoding to my numerous calls and e-mails

I am still waiting for my I-Pod sent back to me from May It is now July 27 no one EVER calls or e-mails back a response. What kind of rip-off co is this? And I DID pay for the consult and was willing to pay for repairs, to no avail. Do they know they will get caught up in a serious lawsuit under the consumer affairs laws? I still want me I_Pod back in the same condition as I sent it. I have saved all my correspondence to them and still have not heard a word back. Maybe this will light a fire under them to make some kind of contact. If they do not, they can talk to my lawyer.
