Accepted payment for new cellular phone, lied about status and never shipped. The refund to PayPal by David Bleeden (julieanne@wildcatcellular.com) did not clear
from the sender's bank. Action taken to resolve the PayPal dispute was to a fraudulent check. Clearly demonstrating a lack of Honesty and Integrity.
