Ingtones not downloading

I registered for-free ringers but needed to spend the charge and so I settled it but didn't get any ringers which were allegedly saved. I sent the organization all I acquired was actions of just how to get it done as well as their reaction was it might be a third party preventing it for texting. That is clearly a crock of garbage!!! I sent againg same task once more. I expected for my reimbursement within the e-mail plus they WOn't provide me my return back. Like a customer I really do have privileges. Please enable me complain about that organization. They're only theives they consider your cash and work with nothing in exchange.
