Camera Giants Inc, Scam upsell of unneeded items, sold as package

This firm operates out of 86photovideo.com, not under the name Camera Giants, so it's not obvious that you are ordering from them until it's too late and the order gets emailed to you.

When I called to place an order for a GPS unit based on the low price of $379, I was upsold every GPS accessory and then some. The salesman kept offering stuff and since this was my first GPS unit, I thought I needed it.
When I unpacked everything, I realized that I had been scammed, since there were three mount kits and three charger kits. I tried to return one mount kit and one charger kit. Several time, I phoned 888-900-PHOTO and pressed 4 for Customer no-Service. After 6 minutes, a msg played that said CS was closed, call back when they're open, and click - they hung up on me. So I found the 347-289-9980 number and called back.

This time Peter answered and told me that I had purchased a kit for $599 and the items could not be returned individually. This was a surprise to me. He also said they are a wholesaler. I was oversold and they know it. Also I was told shipping would be free. They charged me $80 for shipping. Now I will only do business with vendors I know, such as Rxxx Sxxxx, amazon.com, etc.
