I lost the flag that inserts in to the Zen that you may then connect a-mini usb wire into for getting. I attempted to-order one through the organization however they have stopped it. I attempted to-order third party but everybody was from it. I named Innovative to ask how I had been suppose to cost my $400 expense within their item? They hungup on me eventually. Fortunately, I kept attempting third party companies and discovered one lastly but I want used to donot possess this point today.
