Beware of the service repair department, they in my opinion riped me off. I sent my Motorola radio in to be fixed and it came back in pieces. I sent in a fully functional CP200 UHF Radio in which the only problem was a reduced transmitting range. I know it was fully functional because I just had it programmed and was using it. When CommUSA / Comunications USA returned it it not only did not work they sent it back missing parts (Speaker Mic Jack). I called they and asked for my part back and they sent me a new one more than that likely because they lost mine. They also advertised a gaurunteed flat rate of 85.00 but charged me 45.00 and send me back non functional junk. There are lots of places to get your radio fixed, google around. Take my advice and go elsewhere.
