I keep being harrased from a company, Law Offices of Mitchell N Kay for a debt to T-mobil. I have never had an account with these people that wasn't a pre paid account. I have explained this to the collection agency, and even reported them to the BBB because they keep calling. Now, I am starting to get letters from T-mobil saying the debt is valid... What is really funny, is that it is addressed to someone with a different middle name!
If this collection agency doesn't stop calling and I don't get an appolligy fast... I am going to have to find a good lawyer for harrassment and defimation of charitor! Why can't they get anything right???
