$200 NFL Rebate - Said 8-10 weeks to receive and has been over the time. Called but no one has any answers

I purchased over $1,500 of Samsung home theatre merchandise in January and was told I would receive a $200 gift card from Samsung to purchase merchandise from NFLshop.com. It has been over 10 weeks and still no gift card. I have emailed and phoned the company but no explanation as to why or when I would receive my card. I feel deceived and frustrated. Please let me know when and if I will receive it. Thank you.
