Cec is misleading rip-off

Cec solutions is very misleading every time i've called they given me the run around, i was told that if i made exrta payments this would help recivce my computer much faster, i done so still have not received my computer, i became real upset called to cancel my order and was told i would not receive a refund so i reconsidered because i did't want to lose my funds. They have told me my shipping date won't be unil august 30 they said i wasn't making my payments but they have been drafting my account. All i want right is all my money back and out of this contract.
