Deceptive advertising, and CSR's that lie

I was pricing magic jack, never ordered it, they charged me anyway! To date i have not recieved a refund DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RIPOFF COMPANY The CSR assured me, in logged chat, that my account would not be charged, guess what, she lied. Bear in mind that they say, explicitly that you will not be charged for the first 30 days anyway, and bear in mind as well that I DID NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. When i finally got someone on the phone, she hung up on me. So, rude, fradulent, and liars.
