NO Customer Service, Shady Business Practices, Will NOT return a call or product

This shady business has had plenty of warnings, now I am filing a report. My company ordered a DVR security system worth $1497.63 from this company on 1/31/08 only to have it break in October. We called them and since the system was still under warranty we were told to return the item so they could service it and send it back. We shipped them the monitor and DVR on 10/31/08 and they received it on 11/6/08, signed by their "Executive Vice President" Mr. Sunny Lee. We have not heard anything from them since. I repeatedly try to call everyday and it goes straight to voicemail 99.9% of the time. The ONE time I was able to talk to someone I was told he would check the information out and give me a call back. Have I heard anything since... NO! So not only do they not return phone calls, they also keep $1500 dollars worth of merchandise which we paid for. If you go to their website www.securityfirstcamera.com you will notice there is only an address and phone number, no other contact information. I advise ANYONE thinking of making a purchase through this company to re-think that decision. I have also filed a report with the New Jersey BBB, hopefully some action will be taken and we will FINALLY get some resolve.
