Michigan, magicjack ripoffs continue

I just reciently fell for the magicjack rip-off. It never worked!!!

I spent 3-hours on the phone with them. Don't believe them. You can't just plug it in and make all the phone call you like. I'm still trying to get a refund or replacment. Even though i bought mine over the internet, gave them all the numbers, and I had just bought this item two months before, they told me that they had no record of my purchase.
