Cannot contact company

I've attempted to get hold of Slingshot Conversation, Inc.By mail and telephone. They never answer their telephones or mail.

I've a radio device from their store that may be "energized" having a charge card for more airtime. Their online creditcard "refresh" program fails. Not having the ability to contact them, I actually don't understand if they've "flown the co-op" or not

Their immediate phone-line is definitely active. Their "technology" point is definitely active. Illinois BBB does not have something in it, and so Iam at nighttime about their lifestyle.
