I order a cellphone faceplate on the 25th of Jan. My credit card was charged 2 days later and I still don"t have the face plate. My inquiries have been answered by it' backordered or out of stock. The last inquiry I ask for a refund and the reply was "No refunds read the fine print a* hole"
