Mc Cann Electronics
Deceived, misled, misdiagnosed the problem, and wouldn't give a refund

I brought a Crown amplifier to McCann electronics to be repaired. They took my amp in without asking me for my receipt, which would have shown them that it was in warrenty. They then charged me a $95.00 service fee, which wouldn't apply if they would have checked the warrenty or told me that they were not a factory authorized representative, which there not.

Well to ice the cake, they called me the next week to say that they didn't make the part anymore that was broken. I then picked up my amp and found out that there were factory authorized reps in the area. I took it to the rep and they fixed the amp. Well the problem was not what McCann had told me.

When I had went back to McCann to ask for a refund, Mr. McCann himself told me not just no but, why should he send business elsewhere. My response was because they are factory authorized and you are not and it is just the right and honest way to be with a customer.
