Simply Sucks - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM if you think you will get the full advertised price... Wrong!

I recycled two phones with them, both charged and in full working condition. After 1 month, they contacted me saying that they can only offer 25% for one phone and 75% for the other because they are both damaged. I stated they were both in great working condition when I sent them out. I stated it might be because of the cheap envelopes you sent me. They then stated that its MY responsibility to "UP" the protection or insure the package. This is a complete rip off. You will never get your full price. Please look somewhere else to recycle your phones. If you do so more research you will find that there are TONS of complaints against them Check out BBB.com.
