Projector Lamp Center / Sageryder
Company is a total fraud!

I placed a projector lamp order with this company in september, 08. I called them 3 times from nevember through december and tried to call them in january. Now there is no phone service, merely an email center called "sageryder", to leave a message with. Always the same reply is that there is a manufacturer backorder, but shipping should occur in 10 days, with a phoney date given. Since they do not wish to offer a refund, and since I have seen on this site the same problem with lots of other customers, I called my VISA provider who is crediting my account and notifying this company.

Projector Lamp Center is obviously a fraudulent company and has abominable customer service. With the amount of complaints they are receiving, steps should be taken to shut this outfit down!
