Playstation Magazine Scam

My son bought his playstation 3 and in the box was a card to get a free trial for the playstation magazine. He got 2 magazines and on the renew form I explained to cancel as he isn't able to purchase the subcription. After the final re-newal notice we recieve this note from NSA an Early Warning Notice that if he doesn't pay the $18 he will be sent to collections.

This is a scam to bully people into a magazine subscribtions... Shame on Playstation for allowing this company to be associated with them. Shame on NSA as they have done this over and over... Who can stop companies let this???
