I ordered a Canon G10 and after several days I received an email to call customer support. When I called, after verifieng my address the rude and insulting customer service person asked me if I wamt to order an additional battery. When I said no he hung up. 2 seconds later I received an email saying that my order has been canceled. I call the gentleman back and when confronting him, he said "Are you going to cry now?", laughed at me and hung up. Don't ever deal with this company!!!
