LC Communications Inc. Has a high turnover rate on employees in their office except the ones named above. These are the real people behind this unethical company, this to my knowledge from prior employees and personal experience I think this is part of their program of corporate mentality to use up, get rid of and not care of what happens to honest hard working people. Chris Lindsay is a partner with no human compassion and very low business ethics who drives a brand new Porsche and Nice Trucks he is a constant negotiator for this company and myself. I will legally pursue justice, but at the moment it is Christmas eve and LC Comm.inc owes me over $2000.00 in back pay and will not pay me (I guess they wanted to punish me) and on top of that railroaded me a with a major Company and slandered my work. My Christmas tree has no presents for any of my children we have no Christmas dinner and we are very sad.

My name is Richard Lovato I live in San Luis Obispo county I am a single father of 4 children which my littlest one is five. I am also owner of a networking firm Anything Computers specializing in Computer Service, repair, wireless network configuration, satellite installation, Cable Installation etc. To make this efficient and short I am writing this report to warn all who is involved or planning to contract with LC Communications Inc. On Oct 11 I spoke with Lance Cumming in regard to contracting with their company for WildBlue Installs he promised I could make about $3000.00 every two weeks if I worked 3 High Speed Satellite jobs a day. I was unaware what this contract really was prepared for the cover of there assets not mine. I completed all the requirements to contract for LC Communications Inc. And for three yrs. I traveled exceeded miles in the contract to make service calls and installs in exchange for promises LC made me and kept about 25% of the time, I did a lot extra work, went out of my way to get jobs done and spent a number dollars on gasoline I did everything stated in the contract to get extra pay but I still had problems getting my contracted pay. There was gas fulfillment program which was paid by overseeing co. On all specific company jobs, this was never told to meand I still have jobs over 8 months ago that have still not been paid on. When I got my first check from LC comm. It was not even close to what I was supposed to get. This went on for three yrs. Not once did I get my full pay. When I complained they sent me on wild goose chases, bogus jobs, of course have the Quality Inspector ding my work and eventually had my certification revoked from the main company quality control inspector who has been friends of Chris and Lances for 23 yrs also not giving me the chance to appeal or repair this motion as it states in there contract (Violation). When would tell LC Comm. I could not work because I did not have enough funds to cover gasoline food and equipment every time this happened the quality inspector would start dinging my work. I am also why this company has such control on the Central Coast much more than local contractors as me and other contactors as well.
I have been doing satellite installs for 2yrs and Cable 8 yrs previous to contracting with WB. I can elaborate on LC Communications Inc. Unethical conduct. They have violated many business ethic codes and codes of humanity for the greed of the ones at the top of the hierarchy in this company.
