Immediate credit card charge multiple delayed order dates despite promises horrible customer service

I purchased a projector bulb for my InFocus Screenplay projector on Oct 5. $327.50. Charged to my credit card on that date. Got an order confirmation. No shipping confirmation ever received. "Chatted" with a customer service rep week of Nov 17. Was told item would ship Nov 21. Never arrived. "Chatted" again on Dec 15, was told "lead time on shipment extended"—speaking "with vendor"—made it sound as if acting as go between in realtime with vendor on my order information. Extracted a second promised ship date of "mid-this week".inquired about refund—said they cut a check "usually" (they like to use "usually" in their customer promises) within 30 days. Asked to be escalated to manager—only got an email address. No one can call me. Evidently they don't have phones. They don't have an 800 # or a customer service phone number. Chat only. Got email address for a manager. Sent email. No response.
Luckily my smart wife has called our credit card company, and their fraud department is refunding the amount and is taking it up with Projector Lamp Center. Do not do business with these jokers. This is fraud. It is an exercise in frustration that will drain your will to live.
