I have been a Nextel client because I - can remember, a long time utilizing their direct link telephones. I have had as much as four telephones previously. Right down to just two telephones with no deal for a long time I dropped one. I named Run to de activate that telephone and visited buy another. After awaiting what appeared like over an hour or so I eventually got to talk to a salesperson. I discussed that I Would been a faithful Nextel client for a long time, no grievances, and desired to get one of these Run "Rumor" telephone. I inquired when they might provide me some form of discount attempting to stay together. They provided a little (useless sum off my mthly.) Along with a $50.00 mail in discount. I had been happy and also the salesman mentioned my refund might consider about 2 weeks upon getting my refund form.
Two days following the preliminary 14-day interval I named and was informed that it'd have a little longer because of running. I waited sometime next and called again. This time around they explained that it could/can occupy to 2-3 mths for anything to become completely refined after which I Would get my check.
Today... I chose to contact them again which period they explained I had been rejected? The main reason? I'dnot registered to get a two-year agreement??? Delay, I had been never informed about having to subscribe to a two-year agreement? Easily did not subscribe to a two-year agreement why? Why, was I provided a email in refund to start with??? At this time (the stupidviser) I had been talking with could not help me-any further but to express sorry. Therefore, I questioned him to place his higher-up about the telephone. The director; who seemed today, who seemed the same as the boss, repeats exactly the same tune n party. Where's my reimbursement??? No body actually explained not the main one period within the shop or even the 2 times I Would named. The discussions are recorded however it did not actually matter since ultimately - I THE LOYAL CLIENT - got attached. You need to've see the fine-print... Yes, actually me the faithful client. Well some tips about what I believe of Run..."Y" u and that I wish your organization goes broke asap
Faithful customers must come first and become handled seriously. Easily needed to subscribe to a two-year agreement to get this awful $50. Oo then inform me duh! Do not make me believe I am receiving this excellent "F'n" offer a.K.A. FRAUD after which go to make me feel just like a for lacking browse the fine-print of the alleged type which was instantly shipped out - trigger I respected your salesmen
Yes, Run... You protected your buttis well. I went within the thirty days (just like you prepared) and so I could not return the telephone. But that is okay. Quickly whilst the agreement is up - you shed two faithful clients.
