This place is a joke. No show. No call!

I set up an appointment to get my tv repaired by r&r electronics since my tv was still under warranty. They called me the day before they were suppose to show up to verify but the next day they never showed up or even called me! I have been trying to contact them the next but they will not even pick up their phone. Don't waste your time with these guys they are very unprofessional and rude.
