Fraud, rip off, liar, theaf, scam, tv, monitor and laptop fraud

Take my word and DON'T do business with this guy or this company. They will rob you blind and make you out as the bad guy. I am only one of many other victims who have fallen victim to his fraudulent practices, but you don't have to take my word for it, do your own research and see for yourself, a simple search on Google or on this site will show you his fraudulent practices as witnessed by his other victims.

Here is what happened to me when I dealt with Jeffrey Kodba and Jsk Computer Services. I had originally contacted him, Jeffrey, off of his website http://www.jskcomputerservices.com / where he had advertised some merchandise and he sent me some pictures of some very nice monitors and so forth. I called him about the products and asked him what percentage of the LCD monitors were working and he stated about 99%.

Later on he called me and informed me that the product was ready; this is when I asked him if the entire purchase will fit into one container and he said that it would. The order was for 700 LCD Monitors, 80 LCD TV's mostly 40 and 50 Laptops for $19,150 USD which I would have wired to him. At that time he would call me every day asking about the money and would not stop. He was always available so I ended up wiring him the money and had the shipping company go to pick up the product. When the driver arrived at the location, Jeffrey called me and informed me of their arrival and wanted to know if he should load the container at which time I told him to proceed.

When the shipment arrived at my warehouse we noticed that this was completely different, it was all junk, toys, and one plasma TV out of the 80 LCD TV's that I had ordered and paid for. There where ZERO laptops and there were 3 skids of BROKEN monitors, not even worth a dollar, and definitely not worth all the shipping and customs costs that I ended up paying.in addition to this, the monitors were stacked on top of empty cardboard boxes, simply to take up space. Upon seeing all of this I informed the driver and the shipping company that I was refusing the shipment and that something suspect was taking place.
I tried calling Jeffrey many times and he was unavailable to be reached, he would not answer my calls and he would not return them either.

At this time I contacted the police and only when they contacted him did he call me back. He stated that he did not appreciate me calling the authorities as the police had threatened him, and that he would have resolved the issue and stated that he will credit me the amount. Later on when I contacted him about my credit he stated that he would only give me credit if I made another purchase from him, which required me to wire him more money. He later stated that he would only give me partial credit. He was constantly changing his story both about the credit and about what had happened with the shipment and order.

One time he said that it was a mistake and he had forgot to ship all the product, another time he said that the driver that picked up the order was suspicious, another time he said that it was all a mistake, and now finally he claimed that he had someone follow the driver and noticed that the driver stopped off at a different location and had the product unloaded from one container into the next, again changing his story. Why would he offer me credit if this was the case, and why would he even follow the driver, this is simply absurd. Is this some strange policy of his where he has all the drivers followed? He never has a straight answer and his story is always changing.

To top everything off he has made false accusations that I or someone else I know has threatened him, or that I am a terrorist and that I have terrorized him, all because I have an accent when I talk. He has even tried in a way to blackmail me by stating that he is going to homeland security in the states and declaring me a terrorist and a threat to the United States and its citizens in an effort to scare me and intimidate me into leaving this matter alone.

The product he sent me isn't even worth $1000CDN and even the shipping company said that the product was WORTHLESS. This is the situation that I am in now, out of $19,150 USD and on top of that being threatened that I am a terrorist and a threat. On top of all the mental anguish he is putting me through he is also threatening to tarnish my reputation and name and possibly have me classified as a threat to the United States. This is simply ridiculous; he takes my money and threatens to make me look like the bad guy. So don't fall victim to his fraudulent ways, and if after all of this you are still not convinced by all means take a chance and see for yourself how bad he can cheat you.
