Terrible experience

After seeking a open code for Samsung OMNIA, within their internet advertisement which mentioned when they can't give a signal, they'd matter A - 100% reimbursement, I obtained a contact in the organization declaring they might not matter a code (they have a remark from somebody whois phone they did uncover on a single community and same telephone), providing various options along with a refund if I wanted.

Having delivered an answer back seeking a refund and seeking Paypal to refund, Kirk Businesses declined the refund.

I just requested the signal on Wednesday (e-mail acquired late saturday, but to date, no more conversation out of this organization), which just leaves me one choice that will be to get a state court action.
