Ought a 5 new general electrict product from local shop on the 8-25-08. The washing machine has been fixed two times already and presently it is broken the technician try to replace it but customer service was unwilling to do so. This also happened in november and waited about 2 week to get this sorted. I need my money to be credited to my account, i have no confident in this any more.
