We put an order to get a light on 11/18 with UPS 2-Day Air. We'dnot obtained them by today 12/03. I tried contacting a "sales person" called Julie Newman who stated she may help me with potential purchases. She nevertheless couldn't provide me-any data regarding where my light was. She recommended calling the 800# for customer support. Everytime you contact you receive a saving that continues for infinity, contantly provided the choice to depart a note. I quit many. I eventually attempted their "Live-Chat" online-service. After linking having an adviser called Emerald, I advised her of the problem and questioned if she may help. She stated "Okay, provide me only a second" after which never answered again for over one hour. I got the record of this converation and sent it to Julie Newman requesting any help in solving or eliminating the purchase. I informed her that people were considering arguing the cost with Credit to obtain a return if required. She evidently submitted that mail to CarlyL who mentioned the purchase was terminated, but that "we shall not set you up having a reimbursement within our program since you express your chef is likely to be processing a about the cost. We shall wait stated challenge." I subsequently obtained a contact from "cgross@sageryder.com" including an account searching record which was described "Money Reimbursement", and also the cost process as "Check". At the end it states "We've obtained your cancellation demand as well as your purchase continues to be prepared for termination. We shall wait the challenge from your own card company that you simply mentioned is likely to be submitted by your organization. Thanks." At this time we've approached our lender and appropriate authority. May recommend if any quality.
