On 11/17/08 bought a home array for collection available. It

Was said to be accessible after 3:00PM 11/19/08. Around. 2:15pm salesperson named stating the range came early, but another salesman had offered it to a different client. He assured me he might have one thereby 3:00pm 11/21/08. I reluctantly said okay.

Reached shop at 2:50pm 11/21, was informed range wasn't there, they did not understand where the vehicle was. I acquired really noisy and shop

Supervisor got about the telephone after which stated the truck was at another shop 75 kilometers apart but 'was preparing to depart, and really should be-at this shop in one single time' (75 miles an hour???)

I questioned him if he might assure the range was on that vehicle; he explained 'no, I can not. It's said to be.'

I told him I had been fed up with their lies; I needed a complete credit, and he might adhere the range where sunlight never shines.

What bothers me? Not once did the store-manager state something similar to 'I'm sorry for this mixup', or 'we decreased the basketball, but please provide us another opportunity if you want another applicance.'
