MagicJack only works 25 percent of the time

I bought the magicJack about a year ago and it's never really worked. You have to dial a minimum of three times before the computer recognizes the number and sends it through.

Rarely does the voice mail work and likewise for incoming calls. You just get disconnected.

They have no phone number so you can't speak with anyone and I have spent endless hours on line with tech support and they always have you do the same thing and none of it ever works. Hours and hours of wasted time and they say they will E-mail you back when they have a solution, but they never do.

This product should never be considered in lieu of a house or cell phone because it is so unreliable, but the good news is that it's only $19 for the year, and if you can weather the frustration of multiple dials, and only getting incoming and voice mail half the time, then it's worth it.
