Rip-off consumer fraud

I sent in the required documents the day I got home from the store, because I didn't want anything to get lost, $30.00 is a lot of money.

I sent it in 11/29/02, not making a copy of anything. On Janurary 6,03 I received a post card stating my receipt was not attached to my document, I called Best buy rebate and was told to get another receipt from the store and send it in, to date 2/8/03 I have not received any rebate money.

The numbers on my ticket were 26131836-1697874. Of course it seems like I am being ripped off. I followed all the required steps and still have not gotten my refund.
